How long does delivery take?

How do I choose a ring size?

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits the intended finger, then use our size guide. The size choices and any specific fit information are shown on each product page.

Can I swim or shower in my jewelry?

Keep your pieces dry and remove them before swimming, showering or exercising. Avoid perfume and cleaning products. Read our care guide for more.

What are the pieces made from?

Check the details on the individual product page. A gold-tone colour describes the finish and does not mean solid gold. If you have a material sensitivity or need further information, contact us before ordering.

Can I return an order?

You can tell us you wish to withdraw within 14 days after receiving your order, then send the items back within 14 days of that notice. See the returns & refunds policy for the full process, return costs and your rights if an item is faulty.

Can I change my order or delivery address?

Email montreyjewelry@outlook.com with your order number and the requested change. Changes may no longer be possible once an order is being fulfilled. This does not affect your right to withdraw where it applies.
