These terms apply to shopping with Montrey Jewelry through this website. For questions about an order or these terms, contact montreyjewelry@outlook.com.
Products and orders
Read the product description and selected options before ordering. A gold-tone finish describes colour and does not mean solid gold. Colours may appear differently on screens; this does not remove your rights if goods do not match their description.
Please provide accurate order and contact information. Review the items, size choices, delivery address and total before submitting payment. If an error affects your order, contact us so it can be addressed. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Applicable taxes, delivery costs and the order total are presented at checkout before you commit to payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery is 7–12 calendar days. See the shipping policy for details. Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
Withdrawal and product rights
Our returns & refunds policy explains your right to withdraw, the return process and refunds. Statutory rights for goods that are faulty, incorrectly supplied or do not match their description apply independently of a change-of-mind return. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer protections.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Product images, written content and branding may not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. This does not limit uses permitted by law.

This store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal data when you visit or purchase, including for services that can use information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify.
