Refund policy

Changing your mind
You may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us at montreyjewelry@outlook.com no later than 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If items in one order arrive separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item. If the deadline falls on a non-working day, it extends as required by applicable law.
Send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, identifying the order or items concerned. No special wording or prior approval is required. You may use: “I withdraw from my purchase of [items], order [number], received on [date]. My name is [name].”
Sending items back
Send the goods back no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. Contact us for the return instructions and return address. Keep proof of sending. You pay the direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return; we cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law. Use protective packaging; original packaging is helpful if available but is not a blanket condition of withdrawal.
Refunds
We reimburse the applicable payments without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first.
For a full-order withdrawal, the refund includes the original cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option you chose are not reimbursed. Refunds use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact montreyjewelry@outlook.com to explain the issue. Your statutory rights, including applicable rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, remain in place. Nothing in this policy limits those rights or requires you to use the change-of-mind process for faulty goods.
