A few small habits help you look after your favourite pieces.

Put jewelry on last

Apply perfume, lotion, sunscreen and other cosmetics first, and let them dry before putting on your jewelry. Avoid direct contact with cleaning products and other chemicals.

Keep it dry

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or washing up. Do not assume a piece is waterproof. If it gets damp, gently dry it with a soft cloth.

Clean gently

Wipe with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid abrasive polish, chemical dips and ultrasonic cleaners, especially around pearl-like details, beads and cords.

Give each piece its own space

Store pieces separately in a dry place, away from prolonged direct sunlight and humidity. Close necklace and bracelet clasps before storing them to help prevent tangles.

Handle with care

Take jewelry off before sleep or activities where it could snag. Do not force a ring or cuff to change shape unless its product description specifically says it is adjustable.
