Information and purposes
We process contact details, delivery and billing details, order information, payment status and messages you send us to handle purchases and enquiries. The legal basis is performing our contract with you or taking steps you request before a purchase. Order and payment records may also be kept to meet legal obligations.
Technical information, such as IP address, browser details and store activity, helps operate and secure the store. Necessary security and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting customers and the store. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking use consent where required. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Shopify and other service providers
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and service providers involved in payments, order fulfilment, delivery and support as needed for those services. They may process information in other countries.
Shopify processes store data on our behalf and, for certain services, acts as a controller in its own right. Its Enhanced Services can use information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards are required. Shopify describes its safeguards, including relevant adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, in its Data Processing Addendum. Necessary cookies support functions such as the cart, checkout and security. Where consent is required for optional analytics or advertising cookies, your choice applies before those tools may be used. You may decline optional cookies. You can change available consent settings and contact us to withdraw marketing consent; marketing emails also include an unsubscribe option.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, taking account of order handling, legal recordkeeping requirements and the resolution of claims. Records that must be kept by law cannot always be deleted immediately.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Information required to process an order is necessary to complete the purchase; without it, we may be unable to fulfil the order. You do not need to agree to optional marketing to buy from us.
