When to expect your order

Estimated delivery is 7–12 calendar days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Any delivery information shown for your order at checkout also applies.

Need help with a delivery?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact montreyjewelry@outlook.com with your order number. You can also contact us if an address needs correcting; a change may no longer be possible once an order is on its way.

If delivery is delayed, your statutory rights remain in place. Where the law allows you to end the contract because of a missed delivery deadline, you are entitled to the applicable refund.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect?

Tell us at montreyjewelry@outlook.com. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo to help explain the issue. A photo is helpful, but is not a condition of your statutory rights.
