Delivery questions

If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated period, or you notice an address error, contact montreyjewelry@outlook.com with your order number. An address change may no longer be possible once the order is on its way.

Your statutory rights relating to late, missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries remain unaffected. We remain responsible for delivery as required by applicable consumer law.
